Returns must be authorized first via email or telephone on which a Return Authorization number will be assigned to you. All claims must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached.

Only Rev products that are purchased on our website can be returned to us. Rev products that are purchased in retail stores should be returned to the store where originally purchased.
